If this does not open Cdrom, excluding hardware problems, it means that the resource is blocked by a process. To locate this process run the following command: fuser -v /dev/cdrom So once the process close to open the reader Cdrom. Otherwise you can run the following command to shut down all processes that are blocking the resource: fuser -k /dev/cdrom |
