Receive email attachments instead of where they should not be there? The icon indicates the attachment is present but you don’t find it? Have you received email with an attachment file winmail.dat in MS-TNEF format?
These problems are due to the RTF format of emails sent through Microsoft Outlook, since many mail clients can not read this format and there are problems with attachments. To resolve this problem must go to the client sending the mail and set in: "Tools -> Options -> Mail Format -> Compose in this message format" and set the line "Plain Text". In this way e-mails sent will be compatible with all mail clients.
