The emails that are automatically deleted or simply stored in the database, unfortunately, not free space PST Outlook, making it massively increase and causing a general slowdown in the mail client.

To overcome this problem we must compress the PST file in Outlook. To do this, given that under the mail can be very slow, you have to follow the steps below:

1. From the "File" menu select "File Manager"
2. Select "Personal Folder"and click the "Settings" button
3. Then click on the "Compress" on the General tab. Wait for the end of compaction.
