In the event of divorce or separation of spouses and where there is joint custody of children, the parent with higher income may have a deduction of 100% for dependent children. He must then pay 50% of the other parent, that is not in receipt of any income and therefore made no statement, all except that there are no other agreements between the former spouses. |
