The Inland Revenue has been expressed in respect of payment of the cost of urbanization made by bank transfer with the Resolution of January 4, 2011 No. 3 / E, reporting that the withholding of 10% normally provided for the transfer of expenditure qualifying the deduction of 36% is not applicable in this case and gives precise instructions to taxpayers on how to perform such transfers.
