The ruling of Cassation No. 19358 of 10/09/2010 ruled that the time to dress and undress uniform company is counted as working time as the employee is already available to the date of employment.
The ruling confirms the request of a group of workers demanded the company's count the time it takes to enter the turnstiles, to reach the dressing rooms, wear the uniform, go to the ward and the inverse operation performed at the end of turn.
