Faulting application spoolsv.exe, version 5.1.2600.6024, faulting module SDIMF32.DLL, version 5.60.1331.0, fault address 0x0000454d.

Solution:

• Try first to initiate or manually restart the print spooler windows service: go to "Start - Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Services" then in this list click with the right mouse button on the line "Print Spooler" and click to "Start" or "Restart"
• If the above point did not solve the problem, select the choice "stop" as an alternative to start / restart and go to the folder C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS to delete all content in it, then start the service spool selecting "run".
