Some viruses block the opening of the task manager so that it can not close the running processes. To re-enable the display of the task manager to go fuck on the registry via Start - Run - regedit.exe HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ Current Version \ Policies\ System and on the right pane delete the value named "Disable taskmgr" |
