When attempting to connect to the Internet, there appears the following error: "RASPHONE.EXE - Unable To Locate Component - IMPOSSIBLE TO START THE APPLICATION SPECIFIED. RASAPI32.DLL was not found." In this case you have to restore the library system "Rapasi32.dll." Probably, the file on your operating system has been erased or damaged by a virus. For the restoration, check out the following steps: 1 - Rename the file "C:\WINDOWS\System\Rapasi32.dll" if present. 2 - Go to Start-Run and type the command "sfc/scannow, and then insert the Windows installation CD and confirm to restore the system files are damaged or missing. If the above does not work you can restore individual files damaged by running the command "expand D:\i386\rasapi23.dl_ C:\windows\system32\rasapi32.dll" where D: is the player vosto CD/DVD. |
